I'm logged out every time I either close down the page or the computer goes to sleep.

Ah, that old chestnut. Don’t know why it does that, even if you tick the box to keep you logged in. Have you tried clearing your cache/cookies, or logging in from the NFLUK home page? If none of those work, I’ll attempt to PM Qualcomm...

Yeah, the box is ticked and I've tried all the old tricks. Using a different browser doesn't help either (I'm on a Mac and it's the same using Safari or Chrome).

I get the same, but only on Edge - I stay logged in on Chrome and my Android phone.

Ok, I’ve PM’d Qualcomm. Hopefully he can sort it out for you...

Prompted to change my password when logging in. Put in new password, which I know I haven't used before, as it now has all the requirements ie capital letter, number, special symbol etc, yet no matter how many new passwords I try, the message always comes up that I have used this password before. Luckily I can still log in by replying to a thread message and putting in an ancient password when prompted to log in then.

So, everything’s working fine then?
