depends on what postage you selected at checkout, i believe. I rarely opt for "signed for delivery" as everybody works and collecting from the local PO is a nightmare

I received my tickets through the letter box today. I live in a house with its own drive way and front door. I believe Royal Mail's policy is if delivering to premises such as flats, if it is not certain that the mail will be picked up by the one address. Then they will try and deliver personally.
