Default Going to see Miami Dolphins v Houston Texans

I am off to see the Dolphins play the Texans on October 25th and I was wondering if anyone knew more details on going to the game. This is my first NFL game. Do I need to pre purchase parking and how much time should I give myself for parking and getting in to the stadium before the game.

Any info would be very helpful thanks

Pre purchasing parking gets you into car parks slightly nearer to the stadium, whatever you do remember which car park and row you are in, the car parks at the stadium are pretty big.
If you get there 2-3 hours before the game you will easily fill your time, there is a big Dolphins shop to spend your money in, although prices at sports stores away from the stadium will be cheaper, and plenty of entertainment before you go in the stadium - bands, autograph opportunities, seeing how our Florida based brethren tailgate (look out for massive mobile homes with hog roasts and 60 inch TV's).
No matter what the weather forecast is take a hat, sunscreen and a waterproof (even those little plastic poncho things are a good idea). A game in Miami can see every kind of weather all in one day.

Thanks, that helps a lot. I will pre purchase parking just to make life easier. I can't wait to see the tailgate scene and all that a football game offers. It's my first visit to the US as well as my first NFL game.

Fingers crossed the Dolphins bring you a victory vs a team that has been a bit of a bogey team for us since they came into the league.

0-7 all time vs the Texans.
