Ooh, forgot about the almost pick. That was unlucky, and would have made up for his mistake or two, but its a shame he was 3 inches away from catching the ball.

It would have for sure. I guess I always say to myself, the other team get paid too, I see plenty of good and bad from other corners. I mean look at Cromartie for instance, you have to take some real bad plays to go with the interceptions he gets.

I felt it was bad judgement by Nolan,he'd stated earlier that Davis was going to cover the other team's #1 receiver,so Davis should have been coevring Edwards in my opinion, the way Cromartie followed Marshall everywhere, not with much success mind but you put your top guy against there top guy

Allen didnt do well on that coverage on Edwards on that final NYJ TD drive. Too let him beat you short whilst you had cover downfield is a bad mistake. If we stopped them there and then, we could and should of gone on to win. Oh well, its all part of the game.

Only can remember Allen from last nights game, but he seems to be like an inferior Cromartie. They both play like WR's and would go for the catch rather than the tackle.

If nothing else, at least Allen is finally showing something. He's still got a way to go, but at least he's showing signs of life, and perhaps he might half live up to his draft status.

I had written the guy off as nothing more than a Special Teamer and a 4th string quality CB.

Here is why...

RT @TeflonFong Don't know why VD wasn't on B.Edwards> Dolphins generally don't like switching sides with CB. Requires they flip technique

Yeah that's it. I can't ever really remember the Dolphins CBs switching sides to follow a particular receiver. Even going back to the days of Madison and Surtain, they always stuck to their own sides of the field, regardless of where the oppositions WRs were lined up. It seems they still like that philosophy even with the different regimes we have seen since those days.
