Lol I know! I don't if I want him to do well or do badly. According to Coach Whiz, he's worse than DA...

I hope he is great, I hold no grudges against him. I think he will do well, he has a top running game, superb OL aswell, all he needs to be is a high percentage passer, that he can be.

Do you think we could see a fusion of Kolb and Skelton in Kolb after he's watched Skelton do so well in the pocket? Because other than pocket presence I think Kolb is equal to or better than John.
If Kevin has the same poise as John we'd be pretty damn good I reckon.

I'll start putting up billboards calling for Jevin Skolb to start in Arizona

Good luck to Matty, I was a big pro Leinart, I think he could have done a job for us etc etc etc.......that's all gone now

I do feel a little like Kolb has to be 100% to justify it.

I am now leaving the euphoria of Sunday behind and thinking how this might play out in the next few weeks.

I think Kolb not being 100% gives KW the ability to start JS controversy free against the 49ers, all his comments in the press seem to be "Until Kevin's fit there's no decision to make". If JS had lost 2 straight Kevin may be a little closer to 'ready' than Whiz is saying he is right now but I guess we'll never know.

As much as I hate to say it, San Fran will be a far sterner test than the Eagles or Rams and will really push us.

If we win, JS is then on a streak of three straight and 5-2 as a starter, you can't really deny him of his place, if we lose we move back to KK....

Am I just being too simplistic?

Roser I think you are absoultley bang on with this

I think *if* JS could eek out a win against a genuinely good 49ers side, it would be near impossible for KW to take the starting spot away from him.

that said I think it would only last until JS loses, then they will put KK back in...they have to find out what they have in him...

If Skelton wins two consecutive, tough, road games I would be impressed. And I would be surprised to see him become a back up again, I agree.
