Default Locker room bullying?

Coach Philbin was interviewed after the game and was asked about reports on bullying in the locker room. Does anyone know anything about this and who/what is meant to be involved?

So that's what they were talking about before the game. Him being absent and dolphins not reporting on it.

What's everyone opinion on the affair with Incognito then?

Personally I am hoping we cut him and he doesn't get another gig ever in the League

My opinion is I have had enough of hearing and reading all the fish wives bang on about it for days.. let the players and the team along with the NFL deal with it and lets get back to football and focus on the Bucs game for Monday night.. what does your or my opinion on it matter anyway? Will it change the outcome.. no .. all it will do is feed peoples need for gossip and self justification in how much better they are and how bad this person or that person is..no ones opinion regarding the matter of RI and Martin or Philbin or Ireland over this matter or what they think of any of those names matters a jot and in reality, cos we have no say in any outcome, everyone should pipe down and get on with living their own lives.. I feel good about the Bucs game eve with all the 'distraction' Schiano is doing a terrible job iver in Tampa and we should be able to hand it out Monday.. Dolphins by 10...

Incognito is gone - Miami werent planning to retain him next season anyway. Trials by media don't help but that is the world we live in these days. Football needs to be the main attraction not the distraction it currently is for the Fins.
Think the team will pull together and need to as the Bucs will feel they are on the cusp of their first win.
