Looks like Sarri is off to Juve. Super Frank back to the Bridge?

Seems highly likely. John Terry will be gutted. If Lampard gets the Chelsea job it'll be some time before Terry gets s shot at his dream job I'd imagine. Even if Lampard doesn't do well it'll be hard for Abramovich to give him the boot.

Lampard managing Chelsea, Solskjaer at Utd, Gerrard at Rangers. I feel old.

Europa League champions, League Cup finalists and 3rd in the PL, all while being constantly criticised by Chelsea’s whiny, entitled fanbase. He can walk away with his head held high.

With Hazard off to the Bernabeu, it's probably a good time to jump ship tbh.

As you say he didn't exactly fail at Chelsea. No one was keeping pace with City and Liverpool last season, so finishing the best of the rest is a decent achievement.

hard to say he failed in anyway given that season and that he got a promotion.

if Lampard gets the job he will have to win straight away,Roman is not going to accept finishing outside the top 4 as they need the CL money and he has never been shy of moving on sooner if guys struggle.just because Lampard will be one of there own if he has a Moyes type season he will be gone.

think it is such a massive reach at this moment and this is a squad with plenty of aging stars and no guarantee all there loan stars are ready for a long premier league season.

Sarris did an excellent job taking over the team that struggled under Conte in season 2 and did mix in some young players and was left with nothing up front bar Hazard.

think the Chelsea fans drove out a guy who given time and no transfer ban would have had them in the top 4 for the next few seasons but great for others they let him go to the best team in Italy.
