Default Booking Fees for Season Ticket Holders.......

Pretty sure as a season ticket holder this was free for the original purchase. Disappointing that its so high to add a ticket to my existing season ticket this time around.

With all the messing around over venues and ticket timetables this came as a bit of a surprise!

I just saw this, it's around 9% of the ticket price. Outrageous. I had to double check the other two games and the booking fee was definitely zero.

£400.15 for the other two games for three tickets, £219.55 for this game!

I went through the renewal of my seats for the final game and the whole time showed the seat price as £0, used my debit card to pay for the booking fee and delivery only.

Have since received a confirmation e-mail showing the tickets again as £0 and my booking & delivery fees as confirmed paid via debit card.

Is this how it is meant to process, there is literally no information available on how this would be processed?

In my opinion they shouldn't be charging another booking fee or delivery.

If all three games are at Wembley, we shouldn't be being charged twice for both.

It is not the paying fans fault that WHL isn't ready so we shouldn't be charged for the privilege.

Once again the paying fans get ripped off.

Someone somewhere is making over a million quid on the decision to move the game to Wembley (due to the increased capacity)....now ticket master are making a packet out of fans too by charging another fee.

Oh well.

Just ordered my Seahawks/Raiders Wembley ticket - no booking fee as for the two earlier matches but I was charged £3.25 postage .

As usual Ticketmaster strikes again, different fees for different people as it wants to charge me the booking fee.

When I purchased the season ticket for the Eagles v Jags and Titans v Chargers I was charged a £7.52 booking fee and £3.25 for postage. Today I had to pay an additional £6.76 booking fee and another £3.25 for postage.

Outrageous. Now watch them send all the tickets for the three games together in one letter (for double the postage).

Fair to say had all three games been initially booked for Wembley I would’nt have to pay a £14.28 booking fee and £6.50 for postage.

This is pretty disgraceful. Given how much they have stuffed the situation up, to insult the season ticket holders by slapping on another £35.96 for my four extra tickets to the cost is just obnoxious.

This has to be a mistake and I hope someone from the Wembley / Ticketmaster organizations realizes this and issue refunds for this.

When the ticket prices for the Wembley season tickets were announced in January by NFLUK, it clearly stated that there were would be no transaction fees for Raiders v Seahawks if you purchased your Wembley tickets doing the 48-hour fee free window. While this does to not apply to me, how many of you took advantage of the no fees offer, but have now been charged a booking fee for Raiders v Seahawks?
