I was disappointed that Pettine left but I have to say I am quite pleased about this.

Now that O'Neil has joined Pettine in Cleveland I guess this all gives Schwartz a chance to bring in his own guys.

Well this is turning out to be an interesting post season already for the Bills, Jim Schwartz replacing Mike Pettine(wish him all the best at cleveland, except when they face the Bills) and Pepper Johnson from the Patriots as the d-line coach, Todd Downing as QB Coach relieving some pressure of Hackett's shoulders, some good moves there I believe.

Also the hiring of Rob Moore from syracuse to be the Wide Reciever coach who spent Moore also spent time working as a consultant for Protect Management and Athlete’s Performance training athletes for the NFL Draft where he oversaw future draft picks including Robert Meachem, Dwayne Bowe, Vernon Davis, Golden Tate and Arrelious Benn. And a former Jets and Cardinals WR who went to 2 Pro Bowls, and worked under Marrone and Hackett.

But the best news soo far is the induction of Andre Reed to the Hall of Fame at the 9th time of asking, joining his teammates Jim Kelly and Thurman Thomas the other parts of the K-Gun offense of the late 80's Early 90s. All needed now is a good FA and Draft and keeping the Byrd Man.

Busy day yesterday with Rivers, Graham, & Williams joining. What are your thoughts.

I don't know much about Graham and Rivers. Pleased with Williams I think he will be a good addition.
