Busy summer, but should be around a little more in the coming weeks and months (although not half as much as I used to be). With Training Camp on the horizon hopefully the chatter might pick up a little bit too.

I'm in the camp that wished we'd moved on from McClain long ago. His size and physicality is just too much for Jerry to move on from......even if Rolando is injured, worn out, suspended or all of the above 90% of the time!

The 'bend but don't break' might be doing a little more breaking than bending in the first few weeks of the season!

I guarantee some young RB from the Giants, Redskins or Bears will burn us at some point in the first 3 weeks. Then we'll have to put up with a wave of 'you didn't need to draft Zeke at 4' comments.

Apologies if I missed a post, but Travis Frederick's contract extension seemed to fly under the radar around here.

6 years, $54.6m.

Really happy that they locked him up. A few people questioned whether the Cowboys would be able to keep this line together long term, but with Tyron and Travis locked up now I expect Zach Martin will be getting an extension as well a year or two from now.

Lets face it, he deserved a contract extension for the beard alone!

Only watched the highlights on nfl.com but I'd say Zeke 2-0 Cam Chancellor would be about right. pretty impressive stuff.

Romo hitting the deck with a sore back was very ominous though.

....and why is it our DE's can't keep Russell Wilson in the pocket?! The number one thought in their head should be 'dont let him get outside'. Surely it's just a simple question of angles! Let the guys inside deal with him if he wants to scramble up the middle, but don't let him roll out, especially to his right.
