Thanks for that link. Registered there and been told reliably that it's a genuine jersey. Really useful site, thanks again.

How does a fake site end up so high on google search results?

Because it's URL is "google-friendly" (it includes some of the common terms which people would often use when searching for an "NFL" "STORE" in the "UK"), so presumabkly has a relatively high "click through count" I guess.

Not used them myself - but they are a legit supplier.

I tried to purchase something for my son on 14th December which never arrived from http://www.nfl-store.uk/ - all correspondence to them was returned with an automated reply saying somebody would be in touch in 48 hours - never happened. Raised a support ticket - nothing happened - managed to get someone to chat online and they promised a refund - never happened. Tried phoning - very unprofessional ansaphone message.... finally managed to contact disputes at my bank who are refunding me the money. How do you get scam sites taken down??

Someone on another thread ( https://forum.nfluk.com/showthread.php?t=6537&page=379 ) contacted NFLUK about his similar experience with this site - he said NFLUK had informed him they are taking action against them.

The site is notorious now, there are many people who have been fleeced by them - It pops up regularly on NFL Facebook groups as well as on here.

Let NFLUK know about your experince and see what progress they are making (if any).

Thank you for your advice. How do I let NFLUK know?
