Default Fmte?

So, I take it we're not getting Friday Morning Tight End this season? Not seeing it anywhere for Week 1...

Never mind, found it here:

Might be an idea to advertise it on the forums though, doubt I'm the only one who struggled to find it...

I expected it to mysteriously not return, like so many good things in the past have.
I pointed out on the "forum- what works" thread that there is a general consensus by writers/media that written word is no longer consumed by internet users and everything has to be video clips or photo "essays".
I find that perspective both frustrating and sad.
Like forums being ditched for instant comment social media and thus real debate/conversation are lost, long form articles are a dying breed as people want either one paragraph bulletins or spoon fed videos of people telling them something.

Glad you put the link, as i like Carlsons take on things and looking at the NFLUK homepage on my laptop there is no way of finding the FMTE!

EDIT: found it via: More > News > Predictions.
Why not stick it on the front page? How many people are going to read something you bury in sub categories. SMH

Not a page designed for a PC!

The desktop version being..

Thank you for digging this up. I like FMTE, it's one of my favourite bits of the website, but until you found it I assumed it had been culled.

Poor Mike buried away at the bottom of More/News.

But then, the article was written on 1st August, which is presumably why it dropped out of the news feed.

Too true.

It reminds me of being back at school, the whole class reading a book, one slow reader picked to read it aloud. Slowly.

Agonizing.

Why is everything dumbing down?
