Default ALS Ice-Buckets

Check it out - https://vine.co/v/MYezjHbAO7P
For a good cause. Good to see BB and RK getting involved too after the Giants challenged them - http://boston.cbslocal.com/2014/08/1...-giants-owner/, and challenging the Jets, Fins and Bills to do it too!

Looks like lots of people are getting involved!

Plenty of Ravens have got involved including Harbs and Ozzie, Biscotti has been challenged so hoping to see him follow through at some point.

Seen lots of Dolphins do it this week, including Joe Philbin and Dan Marino.

Also saw a great video of Steve Gleason (ex Saints player and a victim of ALS) complete the challenge naked!

Have to say, Steve Gleason is an absolute inspiration and his foundation for ALS is awesome. I'll never forget his post Katrina punt block vs the Falcons (which is now imortalised in a statue outside the Superdome). It is so sad to see him struck down by the disease... but what he is doing to raise money and awareness is awe-inspiring. He's just an incredible human being.

Video for him completing the challenge is on the front page of his website http://www.teamgleason.org/

Just watched Darren Fletcher do it, I know in England we don't have Gatorade buckets in training, but surely could do better than a normal sized bucket?

Elway, Fox, Manning, Miller, Ware and Pot Roast have done it so far for the Broncos.

Oh and the Cheerleaders.

Bit of fun for a good cause. I like it.

Charlie Sheen's ice bucket challenge is probably the most helpful to the actual cause so far
