in the history of the playoffs team entering the 4th quater down by 17 points or more where 0-133 before sundays superbowl.now after the Patriots comeback for the age's they are 1-133.

An epic comeback is much more commonplace in the playoffs, it would appear. Teams perhaps roll over that bit more easily, when it usually isn't all on the line? More pressure in the playoffs could be an impacting factor too.

since 2001 the Patriots have won 76.6% of there games and including play-offs have averaged 13.8 win's per season.

108 times this season a team had 1st and 10 inside the opponents 25 yard line. The only time that possession resulted in a punt? Yup, Atlanta Falcons - Superbowl LI.
