I think he will be in Miami in no time, I doubt we even have a shot at him.

Based on Angelo's comments I am going to assume they are looking for a tackle first and if there is not one worth taking an end. Personally, I don't think we need an end that high but given he said 'lines' as opposed to specifically saying o-line that is what I would infer.

well the Buc's have let Warrick Dunn go..IMO he would be a good for us,good hands and we would have the one/two punch at running back.also Angelo was Tampa Bay's director of player personnel when the Bucs selected Dunn in the 1997 draft,so he knows what he would be getting.

Well pointed out. Not too bad an option.

I must admit I thought Dunn was finished coming into 2008 after his final season in Atlanta. However, I thought he played very well last season. He had 1116 total yards for the Bucs which is pretty solid numbers. He had over 4 ypc on the ground and as Adibear said his hands are pretty good. I wouldn't have a problem if they signed him. His age is only a factor if he shows signs of decline. He is a better option than guys like Fred Taylor and Deuce McAllister.

I don't think our current options behind Forte are enough. Peterson simply doesn't have much in terms of speed or power. Wolfe has the speed but can he put up the yards? I don't know that he can't but you would think he has not started for a reason.

On the subject of running backs I wouldn't mind us having a go at J.J Arrington. However, it's looking like he might land in Denver.

More thought on free agnets: Jermaine Phillips is a top safety and has played the cover-2 system all of his career. If he was available at a reasonable price I reckon he'd be a great addition. Having said that I don't think we desperately need a safety but he is a very good player so I wouldn't mind us taking a look.

Also, Indy did not offer a tender to Freddy Keiaho. I think the main reason for that has to be cap related so he would be an interesting proposition. I am convinced Chicago will have a more traditional cover-2 defence with Lovie calling hee plays and Keiaho is solid in coverage and won't get lot's of attention from teams who are not running a cover-2 system.
