Has treated the Palestinians as 'untermenchen' throughout this period. Then 67 years later when this treatment produces fanatical resistance - people react by claiming the Iraelis are innocent victims of violence. Innocent, they are not. This is fact. This is not to justify Hamas - Hamas though are the monster that Isreal created, Let's not forget that.

Some peoples views on here are so one sided and distorted in favour of Isreal, it's unbeleivable. If it wasn't so appallingly tragic, I would laugh. Instead I feel I want to cry.

Well not really if Israel stops fighting now Hamas will continue to fire rockets if Hamas stops now Israel will stop bombing the latest ceasefire broken by 47 rockets from Hamas do the math?

That's fairly basic?

Well not really, its not as black and white as that video or some suggest, this isnt two warring powers like the US and USSR posturing during the cold war etc this is one occupying force using force against a group fighting occupation using force.

Sure in an ideal world it would be great if both sides put the weapons down but frankly the west and rest of world have proven to the Palestinian people that no one is willing to help and due to this Hamas can continue to fight because sadly for the people of Palestine they are the only hope at moment of getting back what belongs to them

Do you honestly think if Hamas laid its weapons down that Israel would pack up and leave all of the occupied land it has taken over the last decades or so

Sorry what occupied land? Which borders would you like them to return too? You must know unless you are totally naive

Well the lands you are talking about are the lands/boundaries established following the 2nd world war by the UN which basically split the old Palestine into two to then implant the nation of Israel, Israel has systematically ignored these boundaries over decades to continue building and housing the migrants who come over to settle there.

The problem is these lands where already occupied by the British until post war so when the UN made this decision they basically ignored any voice from Palestine or the middle east because they had to find a home for the post second world war Jewish immigrants or basically had no where to go, if the second world war doesnt happen then their is no state of Israel

Obviously the Palestinians want their whole land back but the reality is this wont happen, it has gone to far now on both sides for this. The only real option open is that the UN enforces the old agreed borders and recognizes Palestine as an independent state, only then can people find peace and start challenging voices like Hamas from within their own community etc

Sorry what occupied land? Which borders would you like them to return too? You must know unless you are totally naïve that whatever Israel did, gave back, returned land, stopped bombing there would still be no peace? They would still be attacked? Fact for you In total, an estimated sum of 2,257 rockets had been launched at Israel from Gaza since in 2012 that's an average of 3 a day for the last two years?
Yes I agree that no one should be being killed and innocents on both sides will obviously be causalities but what should Israel do?
If you think that if Israel did everything that was asked of them today it would be over my friend you do not have any grasp of the "Basics" whatsoever.

I have enough of a grasp to understand that the way Israel has been dealing with it has not worked, i also have never said it would be over but if Israel was made accountable for its actions and if the World actually gave the Palestinians there own state and protection from Israel then it would force them to look at themselves and deal with the radical elements within their own society

Sadly thats not going to happen because one state ignores human convention and does what it wants when it wants until the US and the US alone tells them to tone it down, you can argue all you like but that fact is shown evidently throughout the world
