Yes def winter weather will play a big part in meeting the completion date, maybe not so much wet weather being the problem, but more continuous high winds stopping the cranes working on the the roof construction, this is the critical phase of the build which will indicate if it gets built on time or not.

It'll get finished on time, certainly for the nfl games in October/November. This is not the FA and Wembley, anyone here seriously think that renowned hard negotiator Levy has not had massive late delivery penalties inserted into the contracts with the constructors? It'll be in their financial interest to get it done on time!
