Marking as a gift doesnt cover you if the item is broken.

Yeah but people will risk that to not pay import and VAT charges

Really? That's not worth it as far as I'm concerned. I'd rather pay taxes than risk paying the goods for nothing.

Errr... this thread is 5 years old.....

It's all changed now.

All of the US Fanatics sites (including the NFL Shop) add the UK VAT @ checkout. There is nothing extra to pay on delivery. Same is true for an increasing number of eBay sellers, and some other US outlets.
