After this display if you were a Bengals fan wouldn't you be yawning?

We've got a LT who can't block, a RT who gets called for holding all the time. To nullify the rush any normal team would run a screen, we waited until 6 minutes in the 4th quarter to run one.

Our QB is running for his life every single play. We drafted an exciting running back in round 2 of the draft and wait until the 4th to put him in, early preseason reports was he's be getting 15-20 carries..

We're playing a QB who hasn't played all preseason, Ravens were always going to come out and run the ball to ease the pressure on him so what do we do, we don't take away the run and make Flacco throw..

Typical Marv
Typical Guenther
Typical Zampese

It's looking like a shutout at home.
I'm honestly half expecting us to miss a FG to try and avoid the shutout TBH.

Ouch, thats a bad one for the Bengals. Glad I didn't draft any of their offense this year.

Phew thank god it's only preseason

Wait what, it's regular season? :0
Absolutely horrific. Without Burfict we can't stop the run.

Already touched on the O. Dalton forced way too many throws today, 2 were picked. Many were overthrown or behind receivers. Line couldn't block, couldn't pave way for the runs.

Coaches couldn't adapt.

Sheesh I was excited by this O after the draft and I know we have Ross to come in, but there ain't know way he's getting 15 yards down the field if Dalton hasn't got time to throw, never mind stretching it.

Less Hill more Mixon against the Texans.

The Hill party is over, he's been shocking since his really good rookie year. He falls over at first contact, does not find the hole, runs laterally rather than following blocks. He's supposed to be a big back that can take the physical contact, but he does the complete opposite.

Shut out at home on opening day, great way to start the season off..
Nice win Ravens, but lets face it you never got out of second gear, we contributed massively to our own downfall.

Great to see the running game working. Aside from the injuries a great way to start the season.

To be honest i could waste my time typing out essays on this nonsense, but the reality is simple. Marvin needs to go and take this excuse for a coaching staff with him, until then Redzone is my friend and i will look to watch some decent football from week to week.

I'm not going to make myself angry watching the second longest tenured active NFL coach and his team call pedestrian, predictable, baffling play calls that i could do a better job of right here right now.

Time to move on from this horse sh**t.

Lance has a load of good ones on there. Complete shambles.

The one i find worrying (and i cant find it) is when someone says "Andy missed even with clean pocket" or something to that effect. It was the deep missed pass to Core on the wide open TD. But when you watch the play the LOS is the 42 Yard Line. the ball snaps and Andy drops back and he is at about the 33/32 Yard line. In an instant of the snap the entire Oline is pushed back like they are on skates 9 yards deep right in And's face .... And they call that a clean pocket, that is what it has come to.

One of my other favourites :

https://twitter.com/LanceMcAlister/s...44148369100800

Watch :

(a) Bodine get pushed back instantly 8 yards in to Andy's face (to the point where Andy is stiff arming his own Centre as soon as he has the ball.

(b) Ced and Boling get man handled by a single DE to the point where Boling is sideways getting pushed to the ground. I think part of it is Boling is panicking about whats going on with Bodine. But still crazy stuff.

Play end with Dalton running for his life with 2 Bengals Lineman on the ground and all with a 3 man rush ... a 3 man rush !!!! Because the 4th rusher isn't really a rusher as Eifert hold him up and i think he is dropping back in to a zone or looking for pass in some way.
