Open a pop up shop/stall for gameday weekend in Central London.

They do it in Manchester Arndale Centre occasionally and it works well. You need to reduce demand for merchandise at the game itself and spread over a longer selling window, ie. The whole weekend

Top tip if you need the toilet. Go to Cabana (next to TGI's). Just walk past the security guard (wasn't stopping anyone anyway) and head upstairs to the bar/toilets. Worst case, just say you're going in for a drink. With it being upstairs it just looks like a restaurant so less busy than TGI's.

Thanks for the tip! Really appreciated this. Isn’t it dreadful though that they could have all the Bud bars setup but no toilets. Hope they do a better job next year.
