Default Gamepass and UK blackouts queston

Hi All, I was thinking of getting the gamepass this year and was wondering, if I'm away in Europe and tried to watch a game would I still be affected by the UK blackout or the blackout for the country I'm in?

Also would I be able to watch anything if I was in America or would it all be unavailable?

Thanks.

If you're watching in Europe, you should be able to watch all the games and not be affected by the ones on Sky being blacked out - not aware of other European countries having games blacked out. GP is not available in the US.
