Default Returning a Jersey bought at NFL International Series??

Does anyone know if it is possible to return jerseys which were bought at Wembley Stadium NFL International Series games?

I bought a Jacksonville Jaguars Jersey at the Jags vs Cowboys game.
When I tried the jersey on at home it was too big.

I have contacted both Nflshop.com and Europe NFL shop. They have both said that they either didn't have a stand at the game or they couldn't help me because I didn't purchase the jersey online.

I am just wondering if anyone knows if it is possible to return a jersey bought at Wembley? Or who to contact about returns?

Assuming it is a legitimate shirt bought off a stand in Wembley or in the official tailgate (or alternative), I would have thought that Europe NFL shop would be the place to go back to.

If you still have the receipt, that would also be useful as that should also be useful as that should declare the vendor.

Or are you just too embarrassed to wear it?

Yes it is a legitimate shirt bought at a stand at Wembley. I have a proof of payment receipt because I paid by card and the shirt is still in its original bag.
I also thought the Europe NFL shop was the place to go so I emailed them but they said they couldn't help me because they didn't have a stand at the game?!
Nope not embarrassed to wear it.. Its just too big!

I have looked on their website. They are Independent event merchandise specialists who are partnered with the NFL.

http://www.ivsgroupltd.com/ Click on 'contact us' and and various office details and phone numbers pop up. So I suggest trying that and giving the UK office a call.

If it was a credit card payment and you have the receipt and the item is in the same condition you purchased it then they have to take it back.

Surprised however, I thought all merchandise on the day was via KitBag?
