Does that mean they'll let Watson go?

Shame really, it was good having a Brit on the team, but as you say he couldn't stay fit for long enough.

This is an excellent draft for RBs and TEs, two of our biggest needs on offense alongside RT. Newhouse is nothing more than versatile depth along the OL.

Reggie is probably waiting to go bargain hunting once the market settles down. After splurging on Hudson, Osemele, Irvin and Smith I'm not surprised we're holding tight this time. There should be massive contract extensions coming soon for Carr and Mack.

Newhouse signed for $1.75m for each of the next two years. Depth for a number of positions. Watson is a talent but no surprise that Reggie wasn't prepared to match the 6 per he's getting from Denver.

Yes, I would've liked to see Watson return but not at the price Denver signed him for. The Broncos (and everyone else with problems on the OL) have had to overpay as the market is so weak at that position this year for both free agency and the draft.

Not much more than a kick returner so far in his career...
