Hm. The usual post-OTA vacation shenanigans, don't think he will be too bothered by this and hopefully he will be more careful now. In other news Gronk had a successful surgery and should be ready before week 1...

Yeah, he'd be a better option than Rae Carruth's lawyer.

What if Gronk doesn't recover - and well, Hernandez is "unavailable?"

Pats go from losing Welker and losing the best 1-2 punch TEs in the league to...

Bill Belichick foresaw this. Tom Brady will become injured as well and then Tebow will step in and lead a bunch of scrubs to the Superbowl and win it. During the presentation Tebow will then reveal himself as Jesus Christ.

So if he isn't cooperating with the police he either has something to hide or is protecting somebody...could get a lot more interesting this...

Or he is merely standing by his constitutional right to silence.

They've said he's not a suspect, but I can't understand why someone innocent wouldn't co-operate with the police in a situation like this. Didn't he see what happened to Ray "I'm sorry, your honour, but I've destroyed evidence in a murder case, so if you could just let me get away wit it, that'd be great!" Lewis? Hernandez knows that, given his job, he'll be under international media spotlight for events as mundane as popping to the shop for a pint of milk, so why would an innocent in that situation not ask how high when the cops say jump?

Why would he want to do that, knowing how high profile he is and the Sh*tstorm it could brew up?? Just because he has the 'right' to it...
