Plan to spread games around more in future years but minimum of 2 at Wembley.
Sorry, could you clarify. Is that a minimum of 4 games in the UK or 4 games in IS?

Basic non-football questions of 'Are you excited about playing in the UK?' and 'Would you want this to be a regular thing?'

The answer was 'no' and 'hell no' but far more politely.

I like the match ups.. Jags are getting better and the Colts are so-so it promises to be a good one.. I like the Washington @ Bengals match up very much.. looking forward to seeing both of these teams and the fan bases over here.. although more the Bengals than Washington to be fair..

The Rams.. have potential but Fisher is not a great coach and so they are middle of the road a lot of the time.. either very good or very bad.. it will be interesting to see who finishes level with them ion the NFC East - I hope it is not Dallas.. don't really want to see them again.. but the Giants or Eagles would be good, although we have seen the Giants in '07 but it will still be a better option than Dallas. IMO

Kirkwood says there is a plan to have a minimum of 4 games going forward. He did not clarify whether he meant in the UK or not.

You have to assume he was talking about the UK though as he is the NFL UK guy rather than a more general NFL guy.

All three are pretty interesting to me. I think I'd be leaning towards Jags-Colts but I quite fancy Rams game at Twickenham (as I've never been).

Can't get too excited about the Bengals-Redskins though...

Then that is probably the answer.

Thanks for the info. As an aside, I met Kirkwood in Regent Street this year and had a (very) brief chat. Seems like a decent bloke actually, although he's probably a complete knob!

Yes! Finally get to see the Colts, was hoping that game would be at Twickenham, but, who really cares if it's at Wembley. Definitely renewing the season ticket now!

Basically Marv Lewis said that as a coach he would rather have the routine and normality of a US game. I would suspect the majority of the other 31 coaches would agree.

If the Skins end up playing two weeks on the trot I don't suppose Marv will be any happier.
