OK time to start paying attention to the Ravens. What's what from training camp so far? How boned is the RB situation with Dixon out?

I've been well jealous this week, thinking of you guys partying in London.
I hope you enjoy the weekend and, yes, you deserved your win last Sunday

Two things to say:

1. Have lost respect for Harbaugh with some of the comments he has made. When apologising for the performance he only mentioned the fans that had flown in from Baltimore and said nothing about the UK or Europe fans.

Also saying he doesn't want to come back to London. There are a lot of fans who were happy about finally getting a chance to see their team me included. Very disappointed in the performance and his comments since.

2. If im Bisciotti im looking into what's happened with this offence. Is it bad drafting? Coaching? Harbaugh hasn't had much success choosing an OC other than promoting Caldwell during the superbowl run (and potentially Kubiak although I think I read Bisciotti suggested him)

If things haven't improved by the end of next season and we don't make the playoffs Harbaugh could be on they way out with an offensive minded coach taking over. (Want to clarify that Harbaugh is still the guy to be in charge for me at the minute)

Agreed. No mention of how he decided to ignore traffic advice and arrived at the ground way too early and despite having never been to Wembley before, did not visit it in preparation. Absolutely mind boggling logistical planning which has nothing to do with it being in London. He's basically just decided to blame the fact it's in London to cover up for his own significant shortcomings.

A disgusting end to another mediocre season. It's time to just blow this team up, I am fed up with season after season of 7-9, 8-8, 9-7 mediocrity. It's been like Groundhog Day since we won the Superbowl.

Let's start at the top........

I think there has to be change in the front office. It seems like sacrilege to criticise Ozzie Newsome but damn it I'm going to. He is horrible at drafting offensive skill position players. Who was the last stud offensive player we drafted? Ray Rice by my reckoning. Maybe Joe Flacco. Both of those guys were drafted in 2008! We have not drafted a single offensive skill player of note that I can remember in the past nine years. Frankly, it's a pathetic record. Either Ozzie has to move over or he needs to add someone new into the front office mix who actually has the capacity to spot talented young running backs and wide receivers. We desperately need a good wide receiver but if we invested another first round pick on that position in next year's draft I have no confidence whatsoever that Ozzie would pick the right player.

Changes are needed at the coaching level too. I don't want Harbs gone but I would like to see change at both co-ordinator positions. Dean Pees is retiring so that is one down, but I really want Marty Mornhinweg gone as well. The offense picked up a little towards the end of the regular season but it was pathetic for the most part. Watching check down after check down to the running backs is soul destroying to watch. Give Greg Roman the job would by my suggestion.

Then there's the team itself. We need an infusion of talent at the offensive skill positions. Running back, wide receiver and tight end could all do with addressing. I'm not sure what to think about our QB situation. I like Flacco and ideally would be happy for him to stay but his contract is proving to be a bit of an albatross round our neck. I wish we could get that deal redone.

On Defense the secondary looks strong but the front seven needs serious work. We need to be stouter against the run and an edge rusher to get after the QB.

This maybe all seems a bit drastic considering we only just missed out on the play-offs but I look at the Cleveland Browns offensive lineup and see a lot more reasons for optimism there than I see when I look at our offensive roster. That's a bit depressing.

Lots of work needing done this offseason.
