Massachusetts: New England Patriots
New York: Buffalo Bills
New Jersey: New York Jets, New York Giants (they play across the river from NYC)
Pennsylvania: Pittsburgh Steelers and Philadelphia Eagles
Maryland: Baltimore Ravens and Washington Redskins (Redskins play in Suburban DC)
North Carolina: Carolina Panthers
Georgia: Atlanta Falcons
Florida: Jacksonville Jaguars, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Miami Dolphins
Louisiana: New Orleans Saints
Ohio: Cincinnati Bengals, Cleveland Browns
Michigan: Detroit Lions
Indiana: Indianapolis Colts
Illinois: Chicago Bears
Wisconsin: Green Bay Packers
Minnesota: Minnesota Vikings
Missouri: St. Louis Rams, Kansas City Chiefs
Tennessee: Tennessee Titans
Texas: Houston Texans and Dallas Cowboys
Colorado: Denver Broncos
Arizona: Arizona Cardinals
Washington: Seattle Seahawks
California: Oakland Raiders, San Francisco 49ers, San Diego Chargers

Also remember, a lot of these metro areas that have teams stradle multiple States (Chicago's metro area extends into indiana and wisconsin. St. Louis is in Illinois and Missouri, Kansas City is on the Kansas/Missouri Border, New York City is along the New Jersey border, etc....) I listed where the stadium the teams play in was located.
