Well we usually suck it up and lose on MNF, we overcame that hump. We also usually suck with early Kick off east coast games. I fully expect us to overcome that hump too.

We are great defensively against the run, and whilst we lack natural pass rush, we can hold up for a long time one on one in the secondary, meaning we can be quite exotic with our blitzes, sending 5 and 6 most of the time.

An elite TE may help the Giants, they don't have one though. Whilst Connell may get a number of receptions, he isn't exactly the big play threat I fear.

Offensively, the OL looks decent protecting Palmer, though Massie looked shaky at times. They are not so great at creating lanes for Ellington, who hopefully should be that little bit more speedy and elusive this week. At WR we are deep, deep and extremely talented. I am looking forward to these guys going up against DRC, it should be fun. We even have good depth at TE, though clearly nothing elite there,

Manning on his day can do anything, but he aint had a day like that for quite a while.

We match up better in every facet of the game. We should win, and we should win comfortably.

The fact it is an east coast early start, off a short week, road game, it will be reasonably close.

Cardinals 24 - 13 Giants

dooooomed, leaky OL and a forgetful D (playing the zone again will cost us) will probably equal a Cards win by 20 at best.

Without the penalties by the Lions on Monday the score wouldve been a lot more one-sided. I can't see a Giants win here, Cardinals are more talented all over the depth chart. I'm even starting Carson Palmer for one of my fantasy teams.

So back in the day, we'd have knocked Neil Lomax around all day long.
Now...not so much. Feels like a last season for the Tom/Eli era before a new direction in 2015. 6 wins seems like a ceiling this year and I don't fancy this being one of them

Considering how inept the Giants offense is I am assuming you are predicting a 3-0 win?

Maybe I should change my prediction to the cards nicking it by 10+ then

In all seriousness though, I think the Giants will pick themselves up here and put in a solid performance - don't ask why but I just have a gut feeling that they will pull their finger out. Having said that, they still wont win.
