So I get to go to one boring game (Browns @ Jets) and one good game (Cowboys @ Eagles)

Pretty happy to get Pittsburgh when Bell is out suspended - at Indianapolis and Denver on Sunday night football both look like tasty affairs

Schedule all in all looks fine

Fortunately they seemed to have listened and not made SNF the NFC East fest it usually is. Quite a decent rounded mix of games.

The general reaction from Bills fans has been its a pretty tough schedule, with the run of 5 out of 6 games on the road. My take is that I'm happy, the huge amount of energy about the franchise is a big help and to get 2 tough games out the way first up means if we start well we are in a fantastic place. The run in is a lot kinder this year, all of the final 6 are realistically winnable.

The jets schedule.

I gotta say, we could win a decent number of games this year. There are 6 very winnable home games with Philly and the Pats being the games we could lose. We should be competitive "away" to the Giants and Fins. Away to Oakland and Houston are games we could win and I could see us being a bad match up for the Colts. If Rex continues his poor form against divisional opponents then we may beat the Bills away as well.

Of course it all depends on us staying healthy, QB play improving, Bowles being a good coach, etc... but it is a much better schedule than last year.

I don't think the Primetime games are as good as the previous couple of seasons.
Bad for fans in the U.S. but from a selfish point of view I get to see more of the top games

So is it a coincidence that the last 2 games for the Rams and Chargers (both rumored to be moving to LA) are on the road?

Of course the Raiders aren't, and the Jags, Patriots, Washington NFL franchise and Steelers are all on the road the last two games, but they don't fit in with my conspiracy so I'll ignore them.

God our schedule is depressingly difficult. Not digging that Thanksgiving slate too much either. Still may book the Tuesday of the first week off as we're on MNF
