i'd like to hope so, not just cos i like the bloke, and though i don't have any affinity at all for the raiders, but cos he deserves two seasons, as a newcomer and cos he's been out of touch for a bit.

his overall coaching record is pretty good. never had a losing record for the raiders. ok maybe this year but raider nation stop being so immediately greedy.

Given he was signed to a 10 year deal and the team is moving to Vegas I think he's probably safe until their first season there.
