Default Stadium renovations

Didn't know we were doing it this offseason, but looking good. So much better with the Aqua seats.

Definitely a big improvement on the orange seats, won't be so obvious when the stadium is half empty

Looks good so far!

Wonder what's happened to all the old seats.. Would have been cool if they sold them to fans to keep as souvenirs (with the money going to charity). I'd have been very tempted!

They have certainly wasted no time on moving the renovations forward.

Should certainly bring the Super Bowl back to South Fla., and we should see the finished result in time for the start of the 2016 season. I think the roof goes on next offseason, and the end result looks quite like a European 'soccer' stadium to me.

Looking at some of the pictures coming out of SunLife Stadium today (they've got some sort of media tour going on there), and it looks like they have done a great job.

And it's only half finished!

I love the fact that they have added 10 more rows to bring the fans much closer to the field. The mock up of the roof looks awesome, it's going to look great for the 2016 season.

Yeah.... with the seats so much closer it is now a true football stadium, rather than the multi-purpose stadium that it was before (the seats were further away to accommodate baseball). Having the fans much closer hopefully will make it feel a little more like the old Orange Bowl, and it should also be much louder (despite the decrease in capacity).... especially when the roof goes on.

Looks good so far with the new rows of seats. The colour scheme looks good as well. Though having watched the fins for so many years without a roof, it's going to be "odd" when the roof goes on.

Can't wait to get around to visiting the new look stadium!

Loving the look of the stadium. The orange seats always looked a little crass, the upgrade adds a touch of class to it. Now the Marlins have moved out we can reclaim it as our home.
