I think we need to act asap.

This season is done, jerry may not be admitting it publicly but he aint stupid.

Hiring someone now gives him chance to decide what to do with the roster and coaching staff. I imagine someone like Gruden would want his own staff to be brought in.

He seems comfortable in the ESPN booth, but Gruden is the type of character that would love to meet the challenge that Dallas presents head-on.

Plus he's worked with Al Davis. Jerry is a dream in comparison.

He'd jump at the chance IMHO and needs to get back into the game. Every year he sits out is another in which the game moves on from what he knows

If the Dallas HC position becomes available, I can see A LOT of interest in it.

They've a very talented team, and probably a high draft pick next year.

As much as I'd love to see you sign Jim Zorn, I think Jerry will have his pick of coaches.

Bill Cowher or Brian Billick anyone??

Isn't Gruden's game based around a horizontal pass attack? He turned down Offensive Corodiantor Job at Oregon Ducks last year.

If he had the chance he might take them on. He would only make us worse if that was possible as Mike Carlson hates the Cowboys with a passion.

I know this is slightly off topic but........what is Mike Carlson's problems with the Cowboys, it's clear he hates them. Even saying that everybody at Wembley cheered at the Dallas defeat saying "They maybe America's team but there not the UK's team".........he should take a look at this forum!

In terms of HC - Anyone like the idea of Leslie Frazier? Looks like he will be finding a new role next year and is one of the few current co-ordinators to be tipped for a HC job. Love the defence he has going in Minnesota, but would a pretty much Superbowl ready team be the right choice for a rookie HC?

Cowher would be my choice.

Again though, hasn't he got a TV contract to honour between now and the end of the season. Having said that, I'm amazed how often I hear that as a complete no-go as far as getting someone mid-season. Surely it's only a TV contract at the end of the day, why should that prevent us from being able to bring him in now so he can take a look at what we have and what he needs to do in the off-season.

I hate the way Wade has just given up on the team.

He has the same players more or less as last year, but has failed miserably to instill any discipline on them.

Shame on all the players aswell, except Romo, who also seem to have just given up.

I just hope they get someone who will take over the team now and run it with discipline. (preferably without jones sticking his beak in)

Absolutely gutted about this years performance.
