Has anyone been to Faktory before? Just wondering if they normally have the commentary on as I'm gonna check it out a week on Sunday when the Packers are at the Cowboys on Sky.

Just had a message back from Faktory saying they have a room in the venue that they show the games with full commentary.

I'm gonna head over on the 15th as they will have the Packers @ Cowboys on.

Default Update on this thread?

Hey guys, is The Faktory showing the NFL games right enough? iv e-mailed them about the superbowl bash and still waiting on a response. I got a squad of 15 odd folks as it is looking to head back to good ol' champs to watch the game. Has anyone been in it recently whats it like. Im prob gonna swing by after work and catch the 2 play-off games 2mor if they are on. Though the name of the place does make me cringe so bad!

tickets for Faktory SB bash will be available on Ticket Scotland from Friday, don't mind the place, similar to Champs really and apparently bringing in more screens for game

Just to point out "At Faktory we have a a good 30/40 in the bar most Sundays for the NFL games." is a blatant lie.

I went Week 15 with 5 friends and there was another 3 folk there. It was an hour before they put the commentary on after various requests.

Went again Week 17 with non-NFL friends and there was one other person there. That time they refused to put the commentary at all on and the kitchen was closed when we arrived at 6!

But yeah, they show it on half the TVs.

Nobody seems to do football "right" it seems unless it's a special effort for the Super Bowl. If we get a better update after tonight/tomorrow it will make up my mind whether to think about travelling down or not.
