I think taking 3 OL was overkill a bit, would rather that Halopio pick went on some LB depth, but I can't grumble too much

Think we're hoping for good improvements from last years draft class, especially the WR's

If anyone votes for Parcells in the Patriots Hall of Fame, I will hit you open palmed across the face as if you were a female cannine.

He seems to be nominated every year, maybe they'll get the hint that he doesn't deserve to be in there eventually!!

He did very well until the last two weeks, where he turned into a mature amle chicken.

I just think theres better deserving people than him to be honest, he only spent like 4 years there, i dont see why that makes him hall of fame, we didnt win a superbowl with him, granted we did go to a superbowl

Just the slight issue of his massive cap number, and you know Houston are never giving away there best offensive player!!

Oh in a heartbeat, but he'd need to redo his deal, so I can't see it.

I think you need to understand the Patriots and our History before he arrived.

The Franchise was a mess, it had seen some relative success but was at it's lowest ebb in the early 90's, including that 1-15 season in 1990. James Orthwein didn't do much right in his time as owner of the Pats, but what he did do correctly was bring BP in and then sell up to Bob Kraft (not that he had much choice, once BK called his bluff on the lease for Foxboro Stadium he was never going to move the Franchise).

The Pats had a huge dearth of talent and we were heading down the plug hole. The only notable players they had were Bruce Armstrong, Ben Coates, Andre Tippett.....and that's it. When BP arrived he recognised that and within 3 years we were in the Superbowl due to the work he did in turning us round.

Bledsoe, Troy Brown, Chris Slade, Willie Mac, Ty Law, Curtis Martin, Teddy Johnson, Lawyer Milloy, Bruschi......He brought all those players in and they became cornerstones, even Martin who jumped ship for the Green Beans.

Parcells was huge for us, absolutely huge. He and Kraft are the two biggest reasons the Pats survived and he played a big role in making the roster competitive enough for BB to build on and undo the rot that Pete Carroll had allowed to set in.

Bill Parcells is one of the greatest names in Patriots history, he deserves to be up there with BB, Kraft, Fairbanks etc

Howdy all, by the way.
