Sean Payton. Always liked him. He needs a fresh challenge and there's non more of a challenge than coaching in Philly! What about John Gruden?! He won it with The Bucs and going up against his bro might be enticing. Got a nice little earner with ESPN though. Man, I love his parody Twitter account!

Ben McAdoo have been interviewed today, thought he would have been more likely to take the giants job.

I don't really know much about the candidates.

But so far each person we have been linked with has been heavily criticized by our fans!. Then loads come out with reasons why it would be a good hire. So I have no idea.

Only 32 teams, so there are no where near as many big names like there are in European football.

I want someone for the long term though, not Tom Coughlin........

I just hope we don't rush in to it.

As:

Louis Riddick ✔ @LRiddickESPN
How u know that you have the right guy to run your billion dollar football organization after 4-5 hours and maybe a 2nd interview amazes me.

yeah it seems like its just a shot in the dark.

I agree I don't want Coughlin, but after that I don't really mind. Most successful coaches have failed somewhere else in the NFL before they pulled off a superbowl

Non of the names mentioned fill me with hope or excitement.

Shame Sean Payton doesn't fancy it but I can understand why.

I'll throw my weight behind a 'No to Coughlin' campaign as well. His appointment would upset fans further. That said, it'll be almost impossible to please Eagles fans whoever's appointed. Certainly the names mentioned won't.

Jon Gruden ruled himself out as well.

Must come highly recommended by big Andy Reid. I know he wouldn't want to break up his coaching staff but on the other hand, I'm sure he'd not stand in the way of one of his staff getting a head coach role. Reid himself was an offensive line coach. Maybe he sees himself in him?

I know nothing about Pederson but the Chiefs have done well and if Andy Reid rates him that's good enough for me. Can't be any worse than this season under Chip.
