Default Eagles off season moves.

Now the superbowl is over and the season has come to an end its time to look forward to next year and discuss contract extensions, team cuts and draft predictions/needs.

to start Riley cooper has been cut by the team today. seen this coming a mile of he's just not been productive enough. Should save roughly 14 million in cap space!

Thank God he is gone. Chip got way too excited with that deal after one productive season!

WR is definitely a weak spot in the team at the moment though, in terms of depth.

Next bit of business should be to wrap up Cox for the long term

yeah cox is a must.

hopefully we could pick up a veteran receiver in free agency but there isn't a lot on offer.

this Bradford situation worries me, pay him whatever he wants if the only other plan they have is to bring foles back

If you look at the QB's that made it to the post season, it looks as if we have no chance with either Foles or Bradford of having any significant success.

At least Foles will be low cost.

In Bradfords best period, the period where he earned a new contract apparently:

Bradford's 68.2 completion percentage was 9th best, but he attempted the 11th most passes, for the 13th most yards, giving him a below average 19th in yards per attempt. His 10 TDs in seven games limited his passer rating to 97.0, which on the surface looks fine but in reality was worse than 20 other QB's best seven game stretch. Compared to his peers over a similar sample, Bradford was mediocre at best.

We're between a rock and a hard place!.

my opinion we draft a QB at 13 (Paxton lynch) I know he looks nothing spectacular but id rather take the chance moulding a new QB than just knowing we will always fail with the other two

I haven't got a clue if he's any good, but confidence is usually a positive thing.

I think he may have a bit of that!

ive watched a games of his when looking at draft prospects. mobile for his size and seems to have a good strong arm.

only issue is Pederson is likely to run a quick short passing game. pretty different from Memphis can he adapted?

with the likely hood of the 12 million extra cap room for all teams this year, do we pay Bradford the 20 and keep him?

I'd let Bradford test the market. I don't think he is a long term solution given his knees.

Another good extension locked up now in Jenkins. They are saying Cox is next. Hopefully get it sorted quick. He should dominate in a 4-3
