Might effect future visitis, I'm off to the Pats Bears game in October this year and used these...

pretty sure this is just for the UK/Ireland sites (and across europe), don't think this is being implemented in the US?
(they are separate entities)

Surely it would be beneficial as you wouldn't get hit by people looking to sell a $200 ticket for $600 because they can.

I actually can't wait for this to come into effect properly. I give up my IS season ticket last year because I just couldn't afford it, and getting single game tickets is about as easy as finding a wild unicorn without paying overly excessive prices, so having resale tickets made available for a reasonable price (face value + 10%-15% to cover fees paid by the original buyer) would be a chance to get to a couple of live games again.
