also would Bell needing all those touches take away a little bit from Darnolds development??

Bell would be helpful to Darnold, a running game helps the QB and he is also an excellent pass catcher.

you have to pay for quality and the Jets need quality.

He’d be catching 70-80 passes a season, so probably not.

Bell is a great piece to add but the Jets don't have the Steelers line to run behind and wouldn't they be better trying to get a few pro-bowl type players for the offence then going all in on an All-pro.

if you look around drafting a RB in the 1st round would give them a guy for 4 years for a lot less money then use the cap money on guys to block for Darnold.

yes,but does bringing in Bell fix what looks like an awful o-line.surely as a Giantsa fan you see the advantage in drafting a top 5 RB and then having the cap room to try and fix issue's on the o-line.is there some great RB's worth a high draft pick this year(don't watch college football).

Patriots win and the passing game looked much better today.

guessing we get the usual Saturday night divisional game then a chance at another AFC championship game.

Not sure if it was supreme arrogance or complete stupidity from Belichick to leave his starters in until the last couple of minutes in a game that was over by HT, but I’d have been interested to have seen the reaction if someone like Brady or Edelman had gotten hurt late on...

well it wasn't like the Jets where playing that hard.....

was surprised he left Brady in that long but then again if you leave your starters in and just maybe run the ball as much as possible in the 4th quarter.

didn't like Edelman not fair catching the punts late in the game and instead trying returns and taking extra hits, that was scary.
