Vegas makes so much sense for a Super Bowl though, you have to say. Forget the party town reputation, purely for the number of hotel rooms. There is just no way that somewhere like Green Bay, or even Pittsburgh for that matter, has the hotel capacity to deal with a Super Bowl. Vegas does.

The Chiefs’ Defensive scheme matches up better against the Patriots than that of the Chargers, but they don’t have the personnel in the secondary, and I don’t see them having any more success than KC stopping the dump offs to James White either.

I expect the Patriots to start fast with a couple of first Quarter scores, with the scoreboard pressure resulting in Mahomes turning it over a couple of times. Would love to be wrong, but I would be shocked if New England doesn’t win this...

Official prediction - Chiefs 34-24 Patriots

Think what’s happened all season will occur again, the Chiefs will make a fast start (as they have done all year), Pats will get behind on the road (as they have done all year), and the Chiefs keep them at arms bay despite a mini rally from the Pats in the 2nd half. As Bob pointed out earlier, the Pats D ranks #2 in the league in DVOA at home, but #31 on the road and they’ve only three road wins all year (two of which were unimpressive victories over the Jets/Bills). Just don’t see how we can stop Mahomes regularly enough, even in the home matchup at Gillette he put up 40 points despite only having 23 minutes time of possession!

Pats are gonna need a monster day grooms Brady/Michel/the OL to have a shot.

I've changed my mind about 3 times this week on who will win this. Its the Patriots, so you almost expect them to always win at this time of year but as others have said their road record isn't great in recent years. I finally settled on a Chiefs win. Mahomes has had the miracle year and I think it might just go one game further.

in the 1st match up we must have been doing something right to be 24-9 up at the half but whatever adjustments each team did the Chiefs where better,we just gotta stop those big plays they scored on a 67/75 yard passes and had the 90+ yard kick return that set up a TD.think we did confuse Mahomes a fair bit in the 1st match up just forgotten about with the 2nd half comeback.

also from the guys who break down the film,in the 1st match up the Patriots where in there 21 package a lot and the Chiefs just couldn't handle it so whether its Michel/White/Burkhead they have to win there match up if the Pats are going to have a chance.

Tyreek Hill is the weapon that will win this game.

With ball in his hands, once his feet get planted it is all over .....

Though the Chiefs do need to get their mits on Edelman at sometime

this bloody game.

despite the refs the Chiefs get to OT.

OT rules really suck at this time of year.

as soon as the Pats won the toss this one was over.

a cruel way to lose.

Dee Fords brain fart and the refs, plus great 3rd downs from the Pats/poor from the Chiefs were the key factors.
