Just looking at the current FA list there is Matt Moore, Derek Anderson. Possibly some released on cut down day too, I'm looking at the Jets. If they are all in on Darnold they probably won't want to keep both Teddy Bridgewater and Josh McCown.

Either of those from the Jets would be ok.

Just seen some speculation that RGIII might be released by the Ravens, i'd be happy with him as back up as well.

Trade rumours abound but I can't believe we would be daft enough to let Mack go, even two first round picks being talked bout would be too cheap in my view. Probably misses a couple of weeks but I think a deal will be done eventually, I think Aaron Donald's agent will cave first. We have the cap space going forward to accommodate Mack and Carr, although it won't be easy. Our defense has looked good so far this pre-season (yes it's only pre-season, but still) the benefit of proper coaching at last, we could cope without him but think how could it could be with Mack wreaking havoc as well.

Hope you are right, i'm getting a bit worried now as there is less than 2 weeks until the start of the season.

I see we are trading Ryan Switzer to the Steelers.

Switzer and Whalen essentially competing for the same spot, even if it's just a conditional late rounder it's better than nothing.

Switzer and a 6th in 2019 for a 5th.

Jihad Ward for Switzer.
Switzer for draft picks.

Teams seem to have faith in Switzer......except for the team he's currently on!

Feel sorry for the guy really.....well as sorry as you can feel for a guy who decided to have 'believe' tattooed on the inside of his lip!

Yeah, that's, that's not right is it.

It does make me wonder what teams think they are seeing in him until they actually get him into their facility.

So, according to reports Reggie wants 2 1st round picks for Mack, if we can't sign him to a new contract I guess that would be about right, but i'd rather see him re-signed.
