wolves .vs. leicester was one of the best games of the season earlier.

arsenal thoroughly deserved that 2-0 win .vs. chelsea. first half brilliance then a solid af second half.

I was for the 1st half,we just looked awful but much more direct in the 2nd half and what a way to win a game without your best players.

on a side note can anyone explain how Sanchez got booked for been fouled by mitrovich??he just got up and did nothing.

well we now need to rest up and prepare for Thursday so hope Alli isn't to bad a injury.

Pochettino made a pretty odd statement about winning trophies and that it doesnt matter, it feels like nonsense, i didnt want you anyway sort of comment.

the second part of it not being built to win titles, maybe hints at leaving in the summer, i guess Real more likely at this moment.

while i agree Spurs lack the team to win the title, they do have the side to win a cup.

as a spurs fan I would be great to win a cup but that wouldn't stop the media then still saying well now go win the league which is the only thing that should make all spurs fans happy.

since Spurs last won a cup in 2008 Portmouth/Wigan(FA Cup)/Swansea/Birmingham(LC) have won silverwear which then hardly guaranteed to then kick on and compete with the big money teams.

pretty much every other major final is won by the other big 6 teams and over the last 3 seasons we have just ran into better teams or teams at the wrong time when losing semi-finals(Chelsea/Man Utd/Chelsea).

the likes of Everton/West Ham who for many years have had the same size of revenue with 36,000 seater stadiums and you have to go back even longer to find there last success.

those teams were in a very different position to you.

Everton/West Ham also have a very different team to you.

you should be able to compete in the cups and its not even that you havent won them but to have your manager say they dont matter is poppycock.
