What teams do the people in your league support?

I would prefer a live draft, as it's better to be able to react to how the draft is going.

In one of my leagues, I have a Bengals fan, Seahawks, Titans, Falcons and I can't remember who else. In the other one, I have Bengals, Steelers, Lions, Jaguars, Ravens and a few others.

Would people still be up for it despite there only being six of us? Anyone know of anyone to invite?

If so, what site does everyone like - NFL.com, yahoo, espn, etc?

I'm up for it. I play in a couple of leagues and am familiar with the main league sites.

Would definitely be good for it. I would prefer to use NFL.com, as I've tried using yahoo a couple of seasons back and found it a little annoying. I'm used to nfl.com and find it kind of easier to use

Okay, been looking at setting up a league on NFL.com, and got a few questions if anyone wants to weigh in on it:

1. What date(s) and time(s) are good for everyone?
2. Time per pick, default is 90 seconds, keep that or set another time?
3. Draft order, two options are snake (reversed draft order each round) or linear (i.e. same as the real NFL draft)?
4. Divisions or no divisions?
5. Finally are the following scoring settings fine, or should any be changed?

Offense (default) Points
Passing Yards 25 yds = 1 Pts
Passing Touchdowns = 4 Pts
Interceptions Thrown = -2 Pts
Rushing Yards 10 yds = 1 Pts
Receiving Yards 10 yds = 1 Pts
Rush./Recv. Touchdowns = 6 Pts

Defense (default) Points
Sacks = 1 Pts
Interceptions = 2 Pts
Fumbles Recovered = 2 Pts
Safeties = 2 Pts
Touchdowns = 6 Pts

---

I'm going to aim for a minimum of 8 teams, so that requires one further sign up. Though I do know a few fans (some UK based) on the official panthers forum and the huddle if we need to get numbers up.

1. Don't mind. I'm more than happy for someone to set something and then I'll do my best to be there.

2. Time per pick probably depends on the minimum roster requirements, and how long you want the draft to last. 90 seconds is reasonable, so is 60 seconds. You're probably looking at anywhere between 100-130 or so picks total. So you're looking at between 2-3 hours total, without a break.

3. Snake for me. Linear drafting is best utilised in the NFL because the team picking last is in theory already the strongest in the league, so isn't too disadvantages by repeatedly picking at the end of each round. As we all have a clean slate, a snake makes the most sense.

4. No divisions. 7 teams. Everyone plays each other twice with 2 bye weeks in there (Week 1-14), top 4 make the playoffs then final (weeks 15 and 16). Always avoid playing in week 17! Schedule would look something like this: http://www.printyourbrackets.com/ima...ound-robin.pdf

5. Scoring looks fine to me

My other question would be on our line ups, we going with a flex?

I have created the league, the details are as follows:

League address is: http://fantasy.nfl.com/league/2326349
League password is: sammills

I have tried to make it open to join, but not sure if I have achieved that. If not, reply to the thread or send me a PM with your email and I'll send an invite!

---

Also, as for line ups they are currently set at the following:

1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 TE, 1 K, 1 DEF, 1 RB/WR - plus a six man bench

Now the flex spot can be changed to one of the following:

RB/WR
WR/TE
QB/RB/WR/TE
RB/WR/TE
IDP (not sure what this is!)

Two other things to consider include:

1. Do we include a spot for an injured reserve player? This can allow for us to keep a guy if he gets injured but might return at a later date (for example, I had Doug Martin in my fantasy team last season and without the IR spot it left me in an awkward position. I had to wait until he was ruled out to drop him, and that meant me having to drop a different player in order to create a space. An IR spot would allow us to put a high value player on IR).

2. Does everyone prefer a single DEF selection (i.e. Chicago Bears defence), or would you prefer to see us draft three positional players on defence (i.e one spot for DL, one spot for LB, one spot for DB)?
