Once again, Ipswich fail to take advantage when the other top teams slip up...

Our recent record against Norwich is getting embarrassing now...

Alex Neil has certainly turned it around at Norwich. Shows a big name isn't always the way to go

Apart from up front, Norwich have a PL type squad. Seems no one wants to make a dash for promotion (heck even Boro lost to us at Hillsborough) - Norwich if they can keep this run going might outlast everyone else

Dave Whelan resigns as Wigan chairman. Stays as owner, but handing over the running of the club to his 23 year old grandson.

back to back wins is always nice

going nowhere in midtable but it could be worse.

I was at the game, I honestly thought Forest were the better team but that happens in sport.

i think youre a side on the up while we are probably happy to consolidate, so its hard to judge when one side has the lead, as its natural to play it safer.

one of our main issues is failing to take chances and then holding on to leads, so i'm happy to get results anyway they come and we showed character.

we also have small squad and were force into making key changes to a winning team.

i read a good description of the game,
The Forest match however, was all about character and it runs throughout the whole squad.

Our boys were battered, bullied and bounced off advertising boards but they met petulance and fouls with purpose and resolve.

Yeah I was pleased with the performance if not the result and your boys possibly went into their shell a little in the second half to protect the lead.

Your run of results has seen you to safety so you can look forward to next season.

yeah hopefully although a few more wins to go yet.

i'm not sure what theres left to look forward to we have a chairman going for sacking managers as often as he can, a small squad, with random signings (sometimes working out and sometimes not even getting on the pitch) and an unclear vision from the chairman too.

that being said if we keep the current side together and add a couple of pieces we might be able to make a playoff push next season. we seem to have wingers capable of producing and in Veto/Watt we might a killer duo up top.

good luck with your playoff push.
