the news over the weekend that MLB and the A's are prepared to allow him to be offered/paid much more than the usual draft pick number and could guarantee him $15m could make his drafting a little more complicated.

is he a 1st round talent or not that good??

so we now know the Raiders will have the #4/#24/#27 picks in the draft now that the Bears/Cowboys seasons are over.

Hard to imagine Gruden wanting to stay put, that would give us plenty of options to move around at the top or early in the second round for more picks.

I think he’ll want to recoup that 2nd round pick in 2020, which was sent to Chicago. We currently have two firsts and two thirds that year.

From Rotoworld:

Many seem to be assuming Murray will go top ten, and ex NFL GM Mike Lombardi went to great lengths to praise Murray's arm strength, athleticism, and accuracy. But decision makers inside the NFL will inevitably be terrified of 5-foot-9 Murray's stature, and Lombardi suggests Murray making himself eligible for the NFL draft is merely a ploy by agent Scott Boras to get his client more guaranteed money from the Oakland A's, who took him No. 9 overall in the MLB draft.

The Murray hype train is getting crazy, and pretty tedious already.

More interestingly, both Wilson and Hockenson have declared despite not being expected to. It helps a poor linebacker class, and makes an already loaded Tight End class, even more so

It’s going to be completely unbearable come Draft time...

Might just be blowing smoke, but back in October Kingsbury said he would take Murray with the first overall pick. Would he back himself and move on from Josh Rosen after just one year?

If Kyler Murray goes #1, I’ll change to a Buffalo avatar for a year...
