Have to say i,m fairly happy with the teams we face bearing in mind last season, looking at 12-4 or even 13-3 already

Really?!

Giants, @Broncos, @Cardinals, Rams, Packers - 1-4 isn't inconceivable. 3-2 would be good enough for me.

Then the Bye.

@49ers, @Redskins, Chiefs, @Falcons, Eagles - 3-2? 4-1 would be good enough for me.

Chargers, Redskins. @Giants, @Raiders, Seahawks, @Eagles - 4-2? 4-2 would be good enough for me.

So thats anything from 8-8 to 11-5 for me. I'd settle for 10-6, in fact I think 10-6 would be a success.

AFC West/NFC West, that's a tough combo. The NFC East is always tough. Then you have the Packers who best us in the play offs, and the NFC Champion Falcons. Quite a scary schedule imo.

8-8 OR 9-7, particularly with the state of the defense at the moment. Wouldn't be surprised if we missed the playoffs tbh.

Pretty much hit the nail on the head.

Although it was the state of the offence not the defence that caused most of the problems.

Do I win a prize?

Would have preferred to have been wrong obviously.

Lets see what the off season brings.

So the 18 season looks tough enough, no easy games, and a tough starter

Yeah, got 8-8 written all over it.

Can't help but feel this will be Garrett's last season. Dak better be on his toes too.

I've seen some polls recently amongst Cowboys fans that predict a 10-6 or 11-5 season in 2018.

Still can't see it personally, especially with such a young roster.

The Eagles are SB champions. The Giants won't be as bad as last season, and the Redskins won't be push overs.

@ Panther, @ Seahawks, @ Texans, @ Falcons - You could make a case for losing any or all of those.

vs Jaguars, vs Saints - 2 of the best teams in the league last season.

Lose those games and go 3-3 in the division and that's 9 losses already!

(I know, forever the pessimist! )
