Default 2013 NFL Mock Draft Round One

Here is my latest first round mock with the second round coming soon. Will try to update every so often. Some of the picks go against opinion but I hate mocks that are based on online rakings and others work. Some of the players taken are more about positional need. For instance, my selection of Mike Glennon could just as easily be Tyler Wilson etc. Complain away!

I don't like: I hate Johnthan Banks in the top 5.
I doubt Matt Barkley will go top 10.
Lotulelei not Lotuleile
Justin Hunter shouldn't be the 2nd WR taken (Tavon Austin & DeAndre Hopkins more likely)

I like: I don't particularly think he's worth it yet but there's something about that Logan Ryan at #12 I like.
Manti Te'o not going top 10.

Good mock, obviously nobody knows how the real draft is going to pan out so anything could happen!

Was only announced yesterday. Wasn't meant as a criticism of the mock draft by the way, just a helpful notice to help with your next one.

Johnthan Banks is a favourite of mine and his draft position is just as much about me making a statement as it is about his value probably

Don't know about Barkley but there are always desperate teams and a four year USC starter will still entice some.

Hopkins will hopefull return with Boyd for another season and I don't think Austin is big enough to be taken that high. If Hunter times well, I think people will really admire his skills as a deep threat.

Logan Ryan is amazing and obviously there is the Schiano link.

As for Te'o, I explained in the NFL section why I think he should drop. They haven't deleted it yet after I put it in the wrong section and now I'm jumping between threads!

Thanks, I replaced Van Noy a few days ago too, I sort of assumed Matthews would declare though for some reason. Will just have to maybe put Eric Fisher into the first round then when I do an update

Think a lot of people thought Matthews would declare, saw a lot of mock drafts having him go top 10 even.
