Saints have nothing to lose so may just throw the ball around, have the right man to do that (regardless of last game) so could be very entertaining match either way. So lets all get on the over points what ever they are.

I think the giants need this one more so we will have to see which giants team turns up on the day.

hopefully Phillips can play a full role and give our D a chance but the check down to Sproles could prove to be the killer plus Jimmy over the middle.

we will need to put up at least 35+ points (maybe more) to picked up the W.

as always no one knows if the real Giants will show up but it would be quite like us to win our next 3 (Saints/Falcons/Ravens) and then lose to the seemingly hapless Eagles.

TC needs to fire some rockets as its getting to a must win kinda stage.

Brown was a big miss against the skins and Wilson needs to be given more snaps to give banged up Bradshaw a rest.

This is one of those weird match-ups that the Saints have done well in
over the last few years. We even won a "home game" in the 3-13 Katrina
season played in NYC.
In the same way we always lose to the Browns.

With our season over and a 10 day rest playing a Giants team on a short
week I wouldn't be shocked to see us win this, although it could well cost us
several decent draft positions.

Saints may be a bit demoralised as they are out of the playoff hunt (I think including mathematically?). As above, this result hinges on whether Phillips can play. If he can I think this will be quite comfortable as even with a Locklearless O-Line and a banged up Bradshaw we should be able to move it on the ground, just enough.

If Phillips is out we are in a spot of bother although the Redskins didn't exactly destroy us through the air despite them mauling us on the ground (which the Saints are unlikely to do).

So Giants by 13 if Phillips plays
Giants by 3 if he doesn't

Not mathematically out of the playoffs, but we rely on other teams losing now: Never a good position to be in.
