Seen enough now. Coaches have to go. All of them.

I think JDR will get another year, Ken Norton jr. your time is up. There’s been no improvement on the defensive side of the ball since he arrived despite having some quality individuals. I know we’ve been unlucky with the top two draft picks hardly playing but the defences problems are much worst than that.

Todd Downing- the offence has taken a big step back under his coaching so not sure if he’ll get the chance of another year.

All three are very much in the hot seat.

Well that didn’t take long. Ken Norton jr. gone, although I don’t see anyone improving this defence.

Lets face it, Pagano can't do much worse.

Can he?

Think Jack finally realised he had to do something as his own job was on the line. Norton thought he could come here and replicate the Seattle system, but we don't have Bobby Wagner, Earl Thomas, Kam Chancellor or Richard Sherman so it was trying to bash square pegs in to round holes instead of working with what you have and adjusting accordingly.

Kind of a pattern under McKenzie's leadership. Ever since his first season's scorched earth policy, tanking the year and smoking out all the Al Davis picks.

Hanuma! Long time no see, how's it going? Surprised how this season has gone for the Raiders, really thought they'd take the next step after an impressive 2016...

Hey dude, nice to see you. Going well thanks. Having spent the vast majority of my fandom in the post-Gannon era, quite literally nothing surprises me.

It's nice to have some stability for once, but you gotta wonder how long Del Rio can last without being able to put together a good defence.

Well done refs. Finding new ways to screw teams. What on earth was that folded over card about.

So there is a gap between the folded bits, and a gap between the paper and the stick. Still a first down though, yeah OK...and that wasn't even the worst bit, Steratore's smirk said it all.
