Yeah that was me in Spiller top lol his pint went everywhere, mainly over a couple sitting up a table in front of me and they didn't look too pleased as can be expected. The annoying thing was the fella didn't apologize to them and I had sneaky feeling they thought it was me!

The winners have been contacted. There isn't anything suspicious about this competition and it is disappointing to hear you suggest that there was.

In all fairness to Majestic I have been talking to one of their guys (and a top chap he is) since sunday and I am certain everything is above board.

I suggest you complain to Majestic then if you think something is dodgy about it.

And I only said "A limited number of these should be on sale on the night as well."

I didn't guarantee it.

Also, the event staff and performers did not get to keep them.

A limited number were made, but some more might be made in the future.

Doubt there was anything suspect about it. Entering via FB & Twitter probably wouldn't have given you much better odds of winning. That comp seemed to have a lot more entries than the various Superbash comps that were run.

Really no need to be so defensive. Majestic have contacted me now and clarified how it was done and I apologise for suggesting that there was anything remotely dodgy about it. I just "mis-understood" their ambiguous language. The joy of internet communications. I will edit my previous posts to reflect the mistake.

I appreciate you didn't say it wasn't a certainty that they'd be sold on the night I was just asking why it ended up not happening? Could they not make enough fast enough? supply issues? etc No malice meant in the question was just curious as I was looking forward to owning one.

I'll just have to watch ebay and hope some pop up from people who aren't attached to them.
