Yup - same thing for me. I "pre-ordered' a personalized jersey last month, and it was stated that it would be available on 15/8/14.

It currently states the item is on back-order in my order history....

Absolute nonsense - you'd think they'd ensure that Jerseys would be ready for the start of the new season. 01.09.14 is cutting it very close!

Doubt i'll be buying from them again.

Very strange for an organization doing so much to grow the game in the UK / Europe, that they allow a mess like this to continue to offer terrible service.....

Exactly the same as me... Funny how the money left my bank last week without a problem though. I've just emailed asking when I'll get my jersey. If I won't receive it by the end of the week I want a refund.

The available date is now 01/09/2014. Nice of them to let us know.

I had an email response today that couldn't even tell me that. Pathetic. I demanded a full refund but no doubt I'll be fed with more bull...

Ordered a custom jersey on Monday. On Thursday, I phoned to see where it was. Apparently there were delays and it would be 5 additional days. Nothing online to suggest this. I hadn't been told. Only found out through asking.

Requested a refund when I was told it wasn't delayed by long enough to be worth compensating me for.

Day later, I'm told it can't be refunded. Now, either the printing has happened and it should be shipped ASAP or it's not too late to cancel the order, right?

Terrible service just when I thought we were finally being offered a better selection from the shop.

I did copy and paste my email correspondence with the customer "support" but guess it was too long. Absolute shambles, I just got an identical message twice when asking when I would receive my jersey then asking for a refund. Pathetic.
